This one-day awareness course provides participants with a basic understanding of electrical hazards related to low-voltage work and what is required to assess and control these hazards.

Who Should Attend?

This program is suitable for workers who want to become familiar with low-voltage electrical hazards.

This is an awareness program only. Successful completion DOES NOT qualify the participant to install, inspect, maintain, or repair electrical equipment/apparatus except as set out in the applicable legislation.

 

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course.

 

Learning Evaluation

To obtain a certificate of completion for this program, participants must be present for the full program and achieve a grade of 70% or more on the written multiple-choice test.

 

Participant Course Evaluation

At the end of the training, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate and provide comments about the training they received.
