Working around moving equipment on a busy jobsite can be dangerous. It’s important for workers and equipment operators to be aware of each other and their surroundings — to SEE AND BE SEEN.
This poster has been developed to prevent struck-by injuries and fatalities when working around moving vehicles and equipment. It encourages workers on the ground to make sure they are seen by the equipment operator by waving their hand and making eye contact. It also encourages equipment operators to be aware of any workers who may be in their blind spot or their intended path of travel.
Printed on weather-resistant polystyrene with holes in each corner so it can be more easily displayed around the jobsite (e.g., affixed to structures such as chain link fences). Full colour. 17" x 22". July 2017.
