IHSA Human Resources Administrator

Description

Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, the Human Resources Administrator provides support to IHSA managers and staff, in recruitment, employee on-boarding and orientation, claims management, performance management processes and benefits and pension administration. The role is responsible for day-to-day front line activities, HR service delivery and is the first point of contact for employees in the response and resolution of applicable employee issues.
