At this time, IHSA has temporarily suspended the approval of Service Agreements & Instructor Applications requesting “Public Training” approval for the Working at Heights program in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Documentation to be sent to IHSA after completion of a Working at Heights course:
1) Ministry of Labour (MOL) - Approved Training Program Class List Cover Sheet
2) Ministry of Labour (MOL) - Notice of Collection and Consent to Disclose Personal Information (NCCDPI)
3) IHSA - Participant Information and Consent form
4) IHSA - Answer Sheet
5) IHSA - Participant Course Evaluation
IHSA will send the MOL documents to Ministry of Labour for permanent certificates after verifying the paperwork. MOL will issue permanent Records of Training to Passed Learners that successfully complete the WAH program and provide mandatory full and correct home address and contact Information on the MOL form - NCCDPI.
IHSA must receive all completed WAH paperwork within 3 business days from your training date in order for us to meet the 7 business day turnaround with Ministry of Labour.
