Electrical Safety Awareness – High Voltage

Program Description

This one-day awareness course provides participants with a basic understanding of electrical hazards related to high-voltage apparatus and what is required to assess and control these hazards.

To obtain a certificate of completion for this program, participants must be present for the full program and achieve a grade of 70% or more on the written multiple-choice test.

Who Should Attend?

This program is suitable for new workers or support personnel working around high-voltage apparatus.

This is an awareness program only. Successful completion DOES NOT qualify the participant to install, inspect, maintain, or repair electrical equipment/apparatus except as set out in the applicable legislation.
